Planning Your Visit

START HERE:

1. Create your account at hellowalla Note: This is required for all class participants.

2. Apple: walla-app /Google: wallaMobile

3. Pick your class based on your experience level. (see class descriptions HERE)

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

  • Park in front of the studio, or directly east (not in front of our neighboring businesses).   

  • Check-in at the front desk

  • Store personal items in designated areas

  • Remove shoes before entering the studio space

  • Set up your mat and props in your chosen spot. Note: Make sure only your water, towel, props, and mat are in the practice area.

  • The studio provides the following props during classes: Foam blocks, straps, blankets, eye pillows, sandbags, and bolsters.


ITEMS TO BRING:

✔️ Yoga mat

✔️ Towel (especially for hot yoga)

✔️ Water bottle (refillable at studio water cooler)

TIPS:

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. Note: The studio opens no more than 30 minutes before class and locks the doors at the start of class.  

  • In our shared practice, we aim to distribute this sacred SPACE equally. The arrangement of mats may change with class size, so please consider this when positioning your mat. Be mindful to utilize the available space without crowding your neighbors.

  • To maintain the flow of our practice, we ask that phones be silenced and stored in a cubby. It must be silenced and laid flat if you need to keep your phone with you. Note: Photography and videography are NOT allowed during classes. Violations of this policy may lead to membership termination


BEFORE YOU LEAVE:

Avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before class, hydrate well throughout the day, and wear comfortable clothing.
